You’re the one everyone depends on. You look capable on the outside, but internally you’re exhausted from overthinking, carrying the mental load, and anticipating everything. The worry, irritability, and people pleasing has left you completely depleted.
Therapy provides a space to step out of survival mode and develop a different relationship with stress, expectations and relief. Through our work together, you’ll learn practical tools to feel calmer, more present, and less driven by anxiety and pressure to keep up.

You’re carrying the emotional weight of struggling to build the family you always imagined. Month after month, your life feels on hold. And it feels impossible to function normally while ricocheting between hope, grief and uncertainty.
Therapy provides a safe, supportive space to navigate the complex emotions and difficult decisions that often accompany infertility and fertility treatment. As an IVF mother myself, it would be a privilege to help you feel less alone while navigating this all consuming chapter.

Whether you're struggling with intrusive thoughts, reassurance-seeking, checking, health anxiety, relationship OCD, or fears that won't let go, OCD can make life feel smaller and more exhausting than it needs to be.
Therapy can help you break free from the cycle of fear, compulsions, and mental rituals that keep OCD in charge. Through our work together, you'll learn evidence-based strategies to respond differently to intrusive thoughts, reclaim more freedom in your life, and make decisions guided by the values that matter most to you.
How I help you feel better
Together, we'll make sense of how you got here, then build the skills to help you move forward.
Many of the women I work with are used to solving problems through effort. They've built successful careers, meaningful relationships, and full lives by working hard, thinking things through, and finding solutions.
But anxiety, OCD, infertility, and other uncertain seasons don't respond to more effort. In fact, the harder we try to eliminate uncertainty or control every outcome, the more stuck we often become.
I believe meaningful therapy begins with understanding your story. Together, we'll explore the early experiences, relationships, and attachment patterns that shaped how you learned to seek safety, earn love, and cope with difficult emotions. That understanding often brings clarity and self-compassion.
But we won't stay there.
Insight is powerful, but insight alone doesn't always create change. We'll bring what we've learned into the present and combine it with evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). These tools help you respond differently to anxiety, navigate uncertainty with greater confidence, and begin building the life you want today.
My goal is for you to leave therapy not only understanding yourself more deeply, but feeling equipped with practical tools that create meaningful, lasting change long after our work together ends.
