Welcome!
I’m so glad you’re here.
Infertility can feel like a silent struggle.
Friends and family may not fully understand the mix of hope, disappointment, and waiting that shapes your days. Many of the women I work with are navigating infertility, fertility treatments, or pregnancy loss while trying to keep everything together. I work with women in the San Francisco Bay Area and across California to feel less alone in the ups and downs, rediscover your sense of self, and build coping skills that carry you through this season and beyond.
I know this journey personally- I went through secondary infertility and IVF myself. That lived experience, paired with my training as a licensed psychologist, inspired me to dedicate my practice to fertility support therapy.

But fertility isn’t the only season where women lose their footing. Many of the women I see are high-functioning professionals who are navigating identity challenges- perfectionism, exhaustion, or the feeling of “I’m supposed to have it all together, but I don’t.”
Here, you’ll find a safe, compassionate space to process both the emotional toll of infertility and the deeper identity shifts that come from anxiety, burnout, or major life transitions.
